Genesis Call Center recruits, trains, and manages U.S.-based Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) who support national brands across customer service, roadside assistance, healthcare logistics, retail support, and more. Our secure cloud-based systems allow team members to perform their duties from their designated workspace while contributing to a modern, environmentally conscious support model. Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

Must be at least 18 years of age

Authorized to work in the United States

U.S. resident (excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI)

Ability to follow detailed processes and meet performance expectations

Strong communication and active listening skills

Comfortable navigating computer applications and web-based tools

Ability to work independently and remain accountable to schedules

Preferred:

Prior call center or customer service experience

Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required

Familiarity with phone-based or computer-based support environments
