Executive Chef

The Executive Chef is a culinary leader who takes pride in their craft, thrives in a high-volume environment, and is energized by the opportunity to build something bigger. You’ll lead the culinary vision and execution while building a passionate, guest-focused team that has the autonomy, mastery, and purpose to do great work. You’ll have the opportunity to develop people, evolve the menu and culinary experience, strengthen systems, and help shape the standards that will support the brand as we grow.

You’ll create and curate food that brings our mission to life— valuing time, evolving through exploration, and making memories —while balancing creativity with the consistency, systems, and operational discipline required in a high-volume environment.

This role is both creative and operational . You’ll own the details that arm the team for success: product, preparation, training, systems, communication, and execution. Most importantly, you’ll have the opportunity to grow a culinary program, grow a team, and grow with a brand that has significant opportunity ahead.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degrees & Certifications are great, but not required

• Strong leadership skills and at least 5 years of experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry

• Experience in conceptualizing, costing and executing menus

• Experience in staff recruitment, training, and scheduling

• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management, cost control, and P&L management

• Adept at multitasking with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with guests and team members at all levels

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• A passion for exceptional guest experiences, social dining, and creating a welcoming and inclusive environment

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Ability to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.

• Day, evening, weekend, and holiday availability based on business needs.

• Availability for special events

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.

• Comfortable working in a fast paced, high energy environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for hospitality.

• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt quickly during busy service periods.

• Team oriented with a positive attitude and a willingness to give and receive coaching.
