Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs through detailed interviews and standardized assessments to establish an accurate diagnosis.

• Design individualized treatment plans tailored specifically to address the unique issues faced by each client, ensuring alignment with evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Engage in regular one-on-one therapy sessions to guide clients in developing practical coping strategies, emotional regulation skills, and personal goals.

• Effectively monitor clients’ progress towards therapeutic goals and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on their evolving needs.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to provide holistic care and coordinate services for clients.

• Facilitate transition and referral processes when clients require specialized services or need to work with additional healthcare providers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with a diverse patient population, including adults and adolescents facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and eating disorders. A deep understanding of the cultural context surrounding these issues is crucial for effective and empathetic care. You will leverage culturally responsive techniques to engage clients and foster a trusting therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as either an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of four years of experience in a clinical mental health setting, demonstrating a solid background in evidence-based therapies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
