About the Role
The Company is in search of a President to lead its large multispecialty medical group, with a focus on integrated primary care, medical subspecialties, surgical services, and outpatient specialties. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining best practices that ensure the group's clinical excellence, operational performance, and community trust. This role demands a strategic leader who can guide the organization through a phase of significant growth and innovation, aligning with the company's vision and strategic imperatives. The President will also be tasked with driving the creation of a vision, strategic plan, and common culture that integrates local alignments and fosters cohesion across the geographically dispersed care sites. Candidates for the President position should ideally hold a master’s degree in business, health administration, or public administration, and have over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, particularly within large, complex systems and group practice or clinic models. Deep expertise in physician practice management, ambulatory operations, and a broad skill set in healthcare operations, finance, strategy, and human resources are essential. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in strategic planning, practice integration, and business leadership, as well as a thorough understanding of integrated delivery systems, information systems, regulatory compliance, and outpatient operations. Experience in leading transformation in competitive markets and familiarity with national and local physician practice trends are also highly valued. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, relationship-oriented, and visible member of the senior leadership team, capable of engaging with a large and diverse workforce to ensure meaningful outcomes and alignment with the organization's mission, vision, and values.
