Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to identify the social, emotional, and psychological needs of clients entering the Detox Center.

• Provide individual and group counseling utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the unique experiences and needs of clients.

• Develop and implement personalized service plans addressing clients’ goals and objectives, working with them to establish achievable milestones.

• Advocate for clients’ rights and access to essential resources, including healthcare, housing, and community support services.

• Engage in program development and evaluation efforts to strengthen our service delivery and contribute to grant reporting.

• Collaborate with community organizations, government agencies, and volunteers to enhance the well-being and recovery journey of clients.

• Participate actively in team meetings, professional training initiatives, and community outreach activities to foster team cohesion and increase our service effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary population served in our Detox Center includes adults experiencing substance use disorders and various mental health issues. You will provide critical support to individuals navigating complex challenges, empowering them through trauma-informed care that addresses their unique needs and promotes resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000, based on experience and qualifications, in addition to a competitive sign-on bonus.
