Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive clinical assessments, ensuring they align with the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Actively engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to share insights, strategize client care, and enhance overall treatment plans.

• Regularly monitor clients' progress and reassess treatment plans as needed to guarantee optimal health outcomes.

• Foster collaborative relationships with educational institutions by liaising with school staff and parents to support students’ mental health needs.

• Provide counseling in individual and group settings, employing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to facilitate positive change.

• Document all client interactions and outcomes in compliance with organizational protocols and relevant regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. You will also engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring culturally competent care that recognizes and respects individual experiences and values. Your expertise will be vital in addressing the social determinants of health that affect your clients' well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current LICSW licensure in the state of Washington.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working in social work or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
