About the Role: You'll represent employers, insurers, and TPAs in workers' compensation defense matters. From handling claims and depositions to negotiating settlements and representing clients before the IWCC, you'll be trusted with meaningful casework and client interaction. There's also the opportunity to expand into personal injury defense, depending on your interests and experience.
