Job Details Responsibilities Represent injured workers in workers’ compensation matters throughout Illinois Appear before the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission for hearings, conferences, and arbitrations Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal submissions Communicate with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel Manage an active caseload with support from legal assistants and paralegals Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active Illinois bar license (required) Workers’ compensation experience preferred, but not required Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to manage deadlines in a high-volume practice Client‑focused and detail‑oriented approach Equal Opportunity Employer Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
