Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing strong rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to create a safe therapeutic environment.

• Engage with clients through regular meetings to monitor their progress, discussing challenges and outlining steps for discharge when appropriate.

• Design, implement, and continuously evaluate person-centered treatment plans to meet the individual needs of each client.

• Accurate documentation of client care, including detailed progress notes and comprehensive assessment reports, to ensure continuity of care.

• Conduct intake assessments to determine the mental health needs and suitability of prospective clients.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions, employing evidence-based methods tailored to the unique circumstances of clients.

• Participate in individual supervision sessions to foster professional growth and enhance clinical skills.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to provide holistic care tailored to client needs.

The clientele at Bright Tomorrows includes children, adolescents, and families who are grappling with a range of mental health issues. You will work with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to their specific needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required to qualify for this position.

• Must possess an active, unrestricted, and current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduation.

• Proficiency in using computer systems and electronic health record platforms is essential for maintaining client documentation.

• Experience in providing individualized therapy, family therapy, and facilitating assessments are vital components of candidate qualifications.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, with additional bonus opportunities available to reward excellence in service delivery.
