Strategic Capture Leader

Seeking a high-impact Strategic Capture Leader in a full-time remote role, the candidate will drive business development for complex public sector opportunities, leading strategy development, customer engagement, and proposal execution from early identification to award. Key responsibilities Lead capture strategy and execution for public sector opportunities, engaging directly with customers to understand their missions and procurement objectives Develop and refine win strategies, including competitive positioning and teaming arrangements, while managing the transition from capture to proposal Provide hands-on leadership throughout proposal development, ensuring compliance and competitiveness in responses Required qualifications A bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent, with a preference for candidates holding a Master's degree 14 years of progressive experience in public sector technology services, including capture management and business development Demonstrated ability to engage with senior government customers and translate insights into actionable strategies Strong experience in developing teaming strategies and negotiating relationships with partners Extensive experience leading complex proposal efforts, including win strategy and proposal quality assurance
