Why This Role Deserves Your Attention Let's skip the buzzwords. AI agents are about to become the dominant way enterprises execute work not just assist it. But there's a fundamental problem no one has solved: When hundreds of agents operate across systems for days who authorized them, what boundaries they operate under, and how do you trust the outcome? That's the gap we're building for. Metaprise is building the operating system for enterprise AI workforces. Not a tool. Not a wrapper. Not a workflow builder. An Agent Operating System where multiple agents can be deployed, coordinated, governed, and trusted at scale.

A complete, end-to-end solution for deploying, orchestrating, governing, and trusting AI agents at enterprise scale not a piece of the puzzle, but the whole picture. The product is built. The architecture is proven. The GTM motion is ready. Now we need someone who can put this in the hands of the right customers and define how enterprises actually run on agents. This is a founding-team role. You will work directly with the CEO. There is no playbook to inherit, no territory map to follow, no manager between you and the decisions that matter. What You'll Own You are not filling a pipeline. You are opening a market. Activate your network across the full ecosystem. Your counterparts include enterprise clients financial institutions, healthcare organizations, insurance companies, and large institutions looking to build their own end-to-end AI agent systems. But you're also building relationships with AI model providers, cloud infrastructure vendors, and systems integrators the partners whose platforms our customers run on. You map the landscape, identify where autonomous decision-making is creating governance gaps, and position Metaprise as the operating system that closes them. Build relationships with Heads of AI, Engineering, Risk, and the C-suite. Not through cold outreach or conference booths, but through the access and trust you've already built over your career. Drive conversations from first contact through use case identification to strategic partnership. You qualify where governance, auditability, and control are actively breaking and you position Metaprise as the answer. Keep the CEO armed with deal context, stakeholder maps, and real market intelligence. What's breaking. What enterprises actually need to deploy agents at scale. Where the urgency is highest. Feed product insight back into the team. You're not just selling you're shaping what we build next based on what the market tells you directly.

Who You Are We don't care how many years are on your resume. We care about two things: motivation and potential. The best person for genuinely hungry for the work itself and the opportunity, not just the title. The baseline: Bachelor's degree or above. Hands-on experience in B2B sales or go-to-market roles. Whether your background is in BDR, AE, GTM strategy you've been in the room, run a sales process, and know what it takes to move an enterprise deal forward.

Here's what your week actually looks like: You're meeting in person with enterprise decision-makers pitching, listening, pressure-testing whether there's a real fit. You're having working sessions with leaders at major cloud platforms, AI infrastructure companies, and consulting firms to explore where Metaprise fits into their clients' stack. You're sitting down with our GTM team to translate what you're hearing in the field into how we position, price, and prioritize. You're preparing and delivering presentations to C-suite and technical leadership at target accounts. And when you're not in those rooms, you're figuring out how to get into the next one.

What makes you right for this: You have a real network not a LinkedIn following, but actual relationships where people pick up when you call. In enterprise tech, cloud, consulting, AI, financial services, or adjacent ecosystems. You can translate what an agent execution runtime does into language a CFO, a Chief Risk Officer, or a Head of AI would actually respond to. You don't need to write code, but you need to understand the product deeply enough to earn technical respect. You have strong instincts for where deals happen before an RFP is ever issued. You read rooms, not spreadsheets. You create surface area. You don't wait for inbound leads, a territory assignment, or someone to tell you what to do next. If there's no playbook, you write one. You're energized by the ambiguity of an early-stage company, not drained by it. You want to build something, not just operate something that already works.

What This Journey Gives You We want to be honest about what joining Metaprise at this stage really means because it's not for everyone, and the people it's for deserve to know exactly what they're walking into. Most roles in enterprise tech are comfortable. Predictable. Fine. This one isn't. We can't promise you a smooth ride. What we can promise is that this will be the kind of work you're still proud of in twenty years the kind most people spend their entire career hoping to find and never do. Our founding team has built and scaled ventures across fintech, social platforms, and enterprise automation multiple times taking products from zero to significant scale. We know what the early days feel like, we know where they break, and we know what kind of people make it through. This time, we're building for AI because we believe it's the defining infrastructure shift of our generation. You'd be joining a team that treats urgency as a way of life, not a phase.

A career-defining experience. There are very few moments in a career where you get to define how a new category goes to market. This is one. You won't be executing a playbook someone else wrote. You'll be the person who builds the relationships, shapes the positioning, and opens the doors that turn a GTM-ready product into a market leader. Five years from now, this will be the story you tell. Direct access to the highest-stakes conversations in enterprise AI. You'll be in rooms with C-suite leaders at major financial institutions and healthcare organizations, talking about how they govern autonomous systems. You'll be working alongside and competing against the biggest names in Silicon Valley. The exposure alone would take years to accumulate in a conventional role. A real seat at the table. You report directly to the CEO. You participate in strategic decisions pricing, positioning, market entry, partnership structure. As we grow, the person in this seat has a clear path to VP or CRO-level leadership. We don't bring people in to fill a box. We bring them in to grow with the company. Performance-based compensation. Competitive base with meaningful upside tied directly to what you deliver. When you create value, you capture value. The structure is designed so that the right person can significantly out-earn what a conventional enterprise role would pay.

A Note on Fit This role is built for a specific kind of person. You thrive in ambiguity. You've operated in environments where nothing was defined and you made it work anyway. You don't need a CRM to tell you what to do next you already know who to call and why. If you need a defined territory, a structured onboarding program, or a manager who sets your priorities, we're not the right fit right now and that's genuinely fine. The companies that build the control layer now will own the infrastructure contract for the next decade of enterprise AI. We're not waiting for the market to mature. Details Location: New York City, on-site five days a week. This is not a remote or hybrid role. The relationships that matter in enterprise partnerships are built in person in our office, in client boardrooms, and over working dinners. We need someone who's in the room, not on the screen.
