The Firm is currently seeking a qualified paralegal candidate for its Commercial Real Estate Department.Requirements:Please Note: This is an in-office positionMinimum of three - five years demonstrated experience as a real estate paralegal in a law firm with a commercial real estate practiceExperience dealing with commercial lenders, attorneys, and other partiesExperience with complex commercial purchase and sale agreementsExperience in title and survey examinationExperience conducting commercial closings, including recording and filing in public recordsCandidates must also have strong written and verbal communication skills, client-oriented focus, professional demeanor, initiative, analytical thinking, attention to detail and organizational skills. Candidates must also have solid computer skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
