The Tampa office of Kubicki Draper is currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal with over 3 years of experience in Insurance Defense, specializing in personal injury cases. Requirements

The Tampa office of Kubicki Draper is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with more than three years of insurance defense experience, specializing in personal injury.

Qualifications:

· Minimum three years of experience in insurance defense litigation, with a focus on bodily injury and/or general liability preferred

· Prior experience in reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills, preferred

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities, required

· Working knowledge of Florida Court procedures preferred

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Summarize medical records, bills and supporting documents, as well as create medical chronologies and bill summaries

· Communicate with clients, carriers, and counsel effectively in a team environment

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Office Suite, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Excel

· Must be task-oriented.

· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
