Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, making referrals to psychiatrists or additional resources as necessary to provide comprehensive care.

The clients you will serve encompass a wide range of backgrounds, experiences, and mental health challenges. You will work with individuals facing a variety of issues, including substance use disorders, chronic anxiety, and depressive disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current, active license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in the mental health field, particularly with a diverse clientele.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and effective, evidence-based treatments.

• Demonstrated ability in crisis intervention and conflict resolution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a potential sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
