Position Summary Clinical Manager – West-Valley Community Living Programs, Full-Time, 40 hours/week, Office based at Desert Cove Health Center, 10844 N 23rd Ave Suite 200, Phoenix, AZ 85029. Sign-On Bonus NOW OFFERING A $3,000 SIGN-ON/RETENTION BONUS FOR NEW EXTERNAL HIRES. Language Differential Pay Additional Language Differential Pay Available: Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, Arabic, Farsi, Swahili or ASL. $2/hr in addition to base salary for a successful passing of our language exam (Approximately $4160 Annually). Responsibilities Direct administrative, support, and direct service functions; recommend and implement standards, policies, and procedures governing performance of assigned sites. Develop annual goals and objectives; define and recommend objectives at each site; issue specific annual objectives to direct reports; review objectives developed by the site teams; develop specific short-term and long-term plans. Review and approve plans for division manpower, facilities, labor, and materials; review and analyze financial reports; review and endorse or revise budget proposals received from direct reports. Coordinate, communicate, and collaborate with other components of the organization and outside agencies involved with the sites; foster strong community relations and maintain productive working relationships with neighbors, landlords, area professionals and organizations. Collect and maintain quality improvement data and site performance measurements; monitor and evaluate existing sites, service effectiveness, and customer service; recommend and implement policies, procedures, and action to achieve site goals. Generate and maintain medical, organization, and site records; conduct preliminary and follow-up audits; request and receive information and update information/forms according to established formats and timelines. Select and maintain qualified personnel in all positions reporting directly; provide orientation and on-the-job training for direct reports; identify training needs, initiate development of direct reports, proactively manage performance and conduct performance reviews. Conduct assessments or screenings with clients to evaluate the nature of their presenting problems in order to determine their needs and develop appropriate treatment plan goals. Develop and provide individual treatment plans; monitor, evaluate and document client progress. Provide individual and group counseling, including crisis management as required. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must have a master's degree in behavioral health. Must have active independent behavioral health licensure issued by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (LPC or LCSW). Must have at least one year of experience in a supervisory role. Proficient using computer-based systems including EHR programs (NextGen preferred), Microsoft Outlook, and other Microsoft Office products. Must have valid Arizona driver's license, be 21 years of age with minimum 4 years driving experience, and meet requirements of Terros Health's driving policy. Must have a valid and unrestricted Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card or apply for an Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card within 7 working days of employment.
