HR Assistant/Coordinator

$20 - $25 per hour

Human Resources Assistant Major NYC Hospital Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant. Responsibilities include: Creating complex presentations using PowerPoint. Creating charts and graphs using various database information. Assisting with training class scheduling, ensuring proper classroom setup, and creating surveys. Performing general administrative duties such as answering phones, ordering supplies, and making travel arrangements. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Equivalence. Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role. Candidates who will pay attention to detail since the job is scanning files into the employee database. Highly proficient with Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. Additional Skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to manage confidential information with integrity. Prior experience in healthcare industry a plus. Hourly rate range: $20.00 - $25.00. Compensation may be modified based on factors such as location, specialty, service line, years of experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget, and internal equity. #J-18808-Ljbffr Atria Consulting
