Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish a warm, trusting rapport with clients to encourage open communication and therapeutic growth.

• Diagnose a range of mental health disorders utilizing evidence-based assessments and tools.

• Create comprehensive and individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs, incorporating therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, providing a safe and supportive environment that fosters personal development.

• Regularly meet with clients to monitor progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and ensure that therapeutic goals are being met.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of patients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

• Valid State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
