Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ needs, gathering information to devise personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Respond promptly to crisis situations, including child abuse allegations and mental health emergencies, coordinating timely interventions and safety planning.

• Monitor client progress through regular follow-ups, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure continuous improvement and address emerging challenges.

Your primary focus will be working with diverse populations, including adults, children, and veterans facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from a regionally accredited graduate program.

• A minimum of two years of experience working in a behavioral health setting, providing both individual and group therapy.

• California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification is required.
