The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. Job Overview A member of the surgical team, acting under the direction of a Registered Nurse, who works with the surgeon and RN in delivering patient care and assuming appropriate responsibility before, during and after surgery. Qualifications Required: HighSchooldiplomaorequivalent Completion of a Surgical Technician training program 2 - 3 years of experience Must have strong knowledge with skill being able to scrub the following service lines: robotics, vascular, endovascular, neurovascular, general, thoracic, neuro/spine, orthopedics, complex plastic cases and trauma Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbally and written) Must be able to make calls.
