The IT Business Analyst (BA) will need to be top-notch with the ability to learn new technologies and interpret business requirements captured from the Solution Architecture team. We are using an Agile development methodology, and our development team is primarily based in Alabama with our core leadership. The candidate must have excellent organizational skills. This position is needed to help prepare documentation and designs for the senior development team's project initiatives. The role offers an opportunity to work with Senior BAs, Solutions Architects, and Senior Developers to expand IT and Business Analysis experience. It's an excellent opportunity to grow your skills! The documents produced will be used to complete the development of the Multi-Channel platform. This role involves working with the Senior BA team to consolidate, analyze, and interpret project-related information, as well as supporting business partners in managing their business through the integration, development, and support of multiple initiatives. The responsibilities include creating and maintaining project documentation, writing complex test plans, and performing tests on new systems and modifications to existing systems. This is a full-time, permanent role with benefits and bonus. Minimum 4+ years of complex experience in requirements gathering, client interaction, project documentation, test plan creation, and testing of new and modified systems. Required skills include XML and Visio. Must be located in the Birmingham area or willing to relocate with minimal assistance. No visa sponsorship available.
