About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales for its Technology vertical. This pivotal, market-facing leadership role is focused on building, launching, and scaling the technology sales division. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the go-to-market strategy, establishing key vendor and channel partnerships, and originating new business. Deep experience in technology finance, vendor programs, consultative sales, and executive relationship management is essential. The role involves operating strategically to build the foundation, pipeline, processes, and partnerships needed for the growth vertical, as well as working cross-functionally to ensure scalable growth and strong portfolio performance. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Sales - Technology include creating and managing a robust sales pipeline, developing scalable vendor and channel finance programs, and serving as the internal subject matter expert on the technology market. The role also requires the development of compelling sales messaging, partner presentations, and enablement materials, as well as representing the company at industry events. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, capable of recruiting, developing, and coaching sales talent, and will be expected to establish strong relationships across the organization to ensure alignment on strategy and long-term growth objectives. The position demands a high level of ambition, action, curiosity, resilience, and a strong sense of accountability, with a focus on making a significant impact for customers, the team, and the business.
