Staffing Coordinator Key Responsibilities & Duties Process caregiver applications promptly and maintain accurate employee files. Run weekly orientations for newly hired CHHAs and CNAs. Support scheduling and assist with coverage needs as required. Communicate with on-call staff and answering services daily. Address caregiver and patient concerns professionally and efficiently. Report issues related to scheduling, complaints, or after-hours calls. Assist with quality assurance initiatives to maintain service standards. Ensure visits are authorized and billable according to agency policies. Enforce company policies fairly and consistently while performing additional duties as assigned. Staffing Coordinator Job Requirements Associate of Applied Science (AAS) or equivalent educational background. At least 1 year of recruiting or HR experience in homecare or healthcare. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage dynamic responsibilities. Comfortable working with people and solving problems effectively. Must pass a criminal background check as per agency requirements. Homecare experience is required to understand operational needs.
