About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for APD Sales, a pivotal role focused on driving the commercial success and innovation of its automobile physical damage solutions portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing go-to-market strategies, driving sales and adoption of APD-focused products, and delivering on revenue and adoption targets. This leadership position demands a proven track record in enterprise software, insurance technology, or automotive claims commercial organizations, with a deep understanding of APD workflows and strong commercial acumen. The VP will be at the forefront of client partnerships, working to elevate the company's position as a strategic enabler for operational efficiency and improved customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities for the Vice President, APD Sales include building and leading a high-performance team, managing a disciplined sales pipeline, and operating as a hands-on leader to support strategic pursuits. The role requires a candidate with at least 10 years' of experience in a related field, including a minimum of 3 years' in people leadership, and a proven ability to influence executive stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consultative, value-based sales, and experience in commercializing AI-enabled or workflow automation products. A successful VP will be adept at translating market needs into scalable solutions, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the company's offerings deliver measurable impact and meet the evolving needs of the industry.
