Executive Assistant (Part Time)

We're looking for an experienced, highly organized Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the partners of our growing CPA firm. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping busy, thrives on organization, and takes pride in helping others stay on track. You'll work closely with multiple partners, helping manage priorities, coordinate schedules, manage and organize email inboxes, respond to or prioritize correspondence, coordinate meetings, and assist with client communication. Because you'll be supporting several partners, the ability to adapt to different working styles and personalities is essential. We're looking for someone who is flexible, proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team. You should be comfortable anticipating needs, staying one step ahead, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. This is a part-time, in-office position and would be a great fit for someone with previous executive or administrative experience who is looking to return to the workforce while maintaining a schedule that works well with family commitments. We're looking for someone who: Has previous Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Office Management experience Is exceptionally organized and detail-oriented Can confidently manage multiple partners' calendars and email inboxes Has excellent written and verbal communication skills Can effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines Is comfortable working directly with firm partners Maintains confidentiality and exercises good judgment Is proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams Enjoys working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Please Note: This is an in-office position. #J-18808-Ljbffr
