Mid-Market Account Executive

Owning the full sales cycle, the remote Mid-Market Account Executive will build and manage a self-sourced pipeline, lead a challenger-style sales process, and negotiate contract terms quickly while contributing to a high-velocity sales environment. Key responsibilities Build and manage a self-sourced pipeline at 3x coverage against quota through outbound efforts Run a challenger-style sales process by leading with insights and creating urgency to close deals within 30 to 40 days Identify and develop internal champions at target accounts to advocate for deals and maintain momentum Required qualifications Proven track record as a hunter in building pipeline largely from scratch through outbound sales Experience with a challenger sales style and the ability to connect data privacy gaps to business risk Strong negotiation skills with a history of consistent quota attainment in full-cycle B2B SaaS sales Familiarity with modern sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or similar A coachable mindset with the ability to quickly adapt based on feedback during the ramp period
