Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including review of medical histories and specific physical assessments, to formulate tailored treatment plans.
• Engage patients and their families in discussions about evaluation findings, ensuring the inclusion of loved ones in goal-setting processes for rehabilitation.
• Implement treatment protocols grounded in assessment outcomes, adapting them as necessary in response to patient progress and evolving healthcare standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and occupational therapists, recognizing when to adjust care plans based on changing patient needs.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress, including initial evaluations, daily encounter notes, progress summaries, and discharge instructions, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
• Demonstrate effective time management by maintaining a full patient schedule while meeting productivity expectations.
• Participate actively in promoting our services within the community, engaging in marketing initiatives that contribute to the growth and visibility of Condor Spine and Orthopaedics.
• Pursue continuing education opportunities that enhance clinical skills and knowledge, thus benefiting the organization and personal professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse patient population includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, chronic pain conditions, sports injuries, and age-related mobility issues. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with patients and their families.
• Demonstrated proficiency in the implementation of physical therapy techniques and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, with direct experience in home health care preferred.

• Specialized training in orthopedic rehabilitation, geriatric physical therapy, or sports medicine is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
