Senior ERP Business Analyst (AI-Enabled Solutions & Business Central)

Role Description

We are seeking a Senior ERP Business Analyst to strengthen the quality and structure of solution design for Microsoft Dynamics Business Central projects. Candidates who enjoy combining structured business analysis with AI-assisted tools to design practical solutions will find this role particularly rewarding.

This role sits at the intersection of consulting, systems design, and development, helping translate complex client requirements into clear, structured solution specifications. The successful candidate will work closely with both consulting and development teams to ensure that requirements are well-defined, technically feasible, and ready for efficient implementation.

A key aspect of this role is the use of AI-assisted tools and workflows to design and prototype solutions. Candidates who enjoy experimenting with AI tools, rapid prototyping, and structured problem solving will thrive in this environment.

While the role does not require full-time software development, candidates should have technical curiosity and some hands-on development experience, such as scripting or experimentation in languages like Python. Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience working with ERP or enterprise financial systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, NAV, or similar ERP platforms.
• Experience working as a Business Analyst, Solution Consultant, or Systems Analyst in enterprise software implementations.
• Experience translating business processes into structured system requirements.
• A strong understanding of accounting principles and application of accounting concepts.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including complex data analysis and structured modelling.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development or analysis tools.
• Some hands-on development or scripting experience (for example Python or similar lightweight languages).
• Experience designing workflows or solution concepts using tools such as Figma or similar visual design environments.
• Full-time development experience is not required, but the successful candidate should be comfortable experimenting with technical tools and understanding development constraints.
