Training Specialist

We are seeking a Training Specialist I with a passion for employee development, training coordination, and continuous improvement in a laboratory environment. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering hands‑on training, developing training materials, mentoring trainers, and partnering with leaders and subject matter experts to ensure employees are trained, compliant, and proficient in their roles. Successful candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple training initiatives while meeting deadlines. They possess strong communication, presentation, coaching, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments. Candidates should have experience training employees, proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning technologies, and a solid understanding of training methodologies. Laboratory experience is required. A bachelor's degree and some related experience are preferred; equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
