Requirements 3-5+ years of experience in accounts payable – with high volume environment (300 invoices a day) Experience with Large ERP stem Experience working in a complex multi‑entity environment preferred Job Description Process vendor invoices including verification, coding, data entry, and issue resolution Support daily accounts payable operations including payment processing and reconciliations Assist with month‑end close activities and maintain accurate financial records Respond to vendor and internal inquiries in a professional and timely manner Maintain organized documentation and tracking for invoices and related transactions Assist with resolving discrepancies and improving operational workflows Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal departments to meet deadlines and business needs Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting procedures Why choose Addison Finance & Accounting?
