Shift: M-F 8-5 PM

What's a typical day as Receptionist I? You'll be:

• Welcoming clients and visitors upon arrival, offering coffee or water, and maintaining a professional appearance
• Notifying staff of client arrivals and directing clients as needed
• Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls professionally, including managing multiple calls
• Directing mail, faxes, and deliveries to appropriate recipients
• Maintaining clean, organized, and welcoming reception areas and conference rooms
• Preparing and managing conference rooms for meetings
• Ordering office supplies and organizing materials for scanning
• Mailing client invoices and statements
• Ordering lunches for meetings and events, and sending invitations for firmwide events
• Monitoring building security, verifying identification, issuing visitor badges, and maintaining logs
• Providing administrative support to the Operations team, attorneys, and staff as needed
• Assisting with special projects and office-wide initiatives
• Reporting to the Operations Manager and performing other assigned duties
