Account Executive

Overview As an Account Executive at Beacon Hill you will identify and develop relationships with businesses and organizations that benefit from our temporary staffing services. You will spend time researching prospective clients, making introductory calls, visiting work sites, and delivering sales presentations. You will collaborate with recruiting teams to coach the best candidate for each open position. Responsibilities Research and identify prospective clients via internet research, cold calling, and referrals. Conduct high-volume cold calling to set introductory client meetings. Meet clients at work sites and deliver sales presentations, developing an understanding of client needs. Manage the job order process, partnering with internal staffing consultants to fulfill client needs. Serve as the client’s first point-of-contact during the job order process and participate in client entertaining. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to listen, explain, and collaborate. Strong interpersonal skills and a love for working with people. High self-motivation and persistence (e.g., making 100 calls and the 101st). Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in evaluating business partnerships. Leadership skills and competitive drive. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Benefits Base salary plus uncapped commission (unlimited earning potential).
