Compensation and Benefits Lead Manager
Location: Houston, TX – hybrid, remote 2 days per week
Salary: US$140-165K plus bonus and excellent benefits package
About the Opportunity
Join a global sustainable energy business specialising in the development, construction and operation of wind turbines .
This is a key role within the Global Reward team , supporting regional compensation and benefits strategy across the US and wider North America.
Key Requirements
• 5-7+ years’ compensation and benefits experience
• Background in a large, global organisation
• Strong reward cycle experience, including merit, bonus, benchmarking and pay equity
• Knowledge of U.S. compensation legislation , including FLSA, EPA, Title VII, ADA, ADEA and FMLA
• Familiarity with US state and Canadian compensation laws
• Experience with compensation surveys and benchmarking data
• Strong Excel skills and HR systems experience, ideally SuccessFactors and SAP
• Confident working with legal, compliance and senior stakeholders
Role & Responsibilities
• Supporting regional reward and benefits strategy
• Managing annual reward and benefits cycle activity
• Advising stakeholders on compensation and benefits practices
• Supporting pay equity, governance and compliance
• Reviewing benefits effectiveness and recommending improvements
• Participating in global reward projects and initiatives
