About Wavedash Marketing

Wavedash Marketing is expanding in the Idaho Falls area, and we're looking for motivated, competitive individuals to join our growing sales team.

As a Business Development Representative , you'll be the face of our client campaigns, engaging directly with customers inside major retail locations. We partner with nationally recognized brands to increase brand awareness, generate new customers, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

This is an entry-level opportunity with paid training, one-on-one mentorship, and a clear path to leadership based on performance—not seniority.

What You'll Be Doing

• Interact with customers daily inside partnered retail locations.
• Present products, services, and current promotions with confidence and professionalism.
• Provide exceptional customer service while answering customer questions.
• Generate new customer acquisitions and increase brand awareness.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and retail partners.
• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and client workshops.
• Set and achieve individual and team performance goals.
