Client Delivery Director

Our client is a growing software business providing complex, business-critical technology to enterprise customers in regulated markets. They’re hiring a Client Delivery Director to lead complex software implementations, manage senior client relationships, and help strengthen the wider delivery function. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can combine implementation ownership, project management, data and systems knowledge, and strong people skills. What the role looks like: Owning client implementations from initial scope through go-live Leading discovery, requirements, configuration, testing, training, and deployment Managing multiple concurrent projects, timelines, risks, and stakeholders Overseeing data migration, validation, system integrations, and delivery quality Acting as a senior point of contact for enterprise clients Working closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and leadership Improving project governance, delivery processes, and client outcomes What they’re looking for: Strong experience in software implementation, professional services, client delivery, or consulting Background in fintech, financial services technology, regulated software, or another data-intensive environment Strong project or programme management experience Experience with data migration, integrations, APIs, secure file transfer, or batch processing Excellent client management and executive stakeholder communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and work autonomously Experience mentoring or leading delivery team members Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel Willingness to travel when required Useful experience: Capital markets, treasury, payments, risk, accounting, or financial software Project governance, RAID logs, and change management Why it’s interesting: This is a high-impact role with strong ownership across client delivery, internal collaboration, process improvement, and team development.
