Your Responsibilities
Fenno House, located in Quincy, MA is looking for a full-time Assistant Property Manager. The community was recently rehabilitated with unit and building upgrades. The property consists of 151 units of senior housing for independent and assisted living residents. There are 31 Project Based units and 102 Quincy Housing Authority Section 8 Voucher units. The work hours are 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include leasing, waitlist management, recertifications, rent collections, work orders, processing invoices, and overall office management. This role may also involve supporting other sites in Quincy as needed.
Your Qualifications
At least 2 years of previous property management experience is a required. Skill set includes excellent organizational and time management skills, great customer service skills, and good communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook is required. Experience with Yardi is a plus. COS and/or CPO certification is a plus. Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle. Bilingual in Mandarin/English and/or Cantonese/English is required.

Salary range: $65,000 to $70,000 depending on experience.
