Day Shift #1  Monday - Wednesday 6A-6P, Thursday 6A-12 noon

Day Shift #2Thursday 12 noon-6P Friday-Sunday 6A-6P

We are Hiring 2 people, one for each shift.

Lead Mission Critical is seeking dependable, detail-oriented to perform routine inspections of a mission-critical facility. This role is responsible for conducting scheduled walkthroughs, completing inspection checklists, identifying and reporting potential issues, and ensuring accurate documentation of facility conditions.

The ideal candidate is observant, reliable, safety-focused, and capable of working independently while maintaining excellent communication with the project team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled facility inspections and walkthroughs.
• Complete inspection checklists accurately and thoroughly.
• Identify and report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or operational issues.
• Document findings using company reporting systems.
• Communicate observations promptly and professionally.
• Follow all site safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and safety-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 Certification (Required)
• Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen.
• Ability to pass a national criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working independently.
