Job Description As a Technical Recruiter, you have a unique and exciting opportunity to work on the most innovative roles the tech industry has to offer. You will be responsible for the full candidate experience from sourcing to offer stage, specifically on technical roles. We pride ourselves on providing the best recruiting experience and leaving a positive impression on every candidate and client we work with! Responsibilities Utilize industry knowledge to work specifically on technical roles Maintain a pipeline of technical candidates that meet or exceed recruiting requirements Analyze client requirements to understand the full scope of the “ideal” candidate Manage the recruiting process from first contact to offer & acceptance Nurture relationships with candidates after placement Adhere to ATS compliance and candidate tracking processes Engage passive candidates with a consultative approach through client storytelling Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting Assist in managing job postings Engage with tech industry leaders and candidates through social media Invest in building personal branding online to attract talent Attend local networking events + promote our brand Have fun!! Requirements Bachelors’ Degree 2 Years Experience in a sales or similar environment Passionate about the tech industry Familiarity with developer roles (SDLC, java, .net, QA, full-stack, UI/UX) Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to quickly build rapport/relationships Driven to become successful in a sales environment Self-motivated and able to effectively manage the daily schedule Comfortable in a startup environment Confident in speaking with leaders and decision-makers Coachable and able to take direction and feedback well Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented environment Desire to contribute to the goals of the company beyond your immediate job description Employment Type: Full-Time Hybrid in Orlando, FL 32801 Benefits: Competitive Salary, Health Insurance, and Ancillary Benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr 6AM City, LLC
