Key Responsibilities\n

• Directly engage with assigned clients both virtually and in community outreach efforts to address and manage symptoms related to mental health disorders.

• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to collaboratively develop integrated care plans that optimize client health outcomes.

• Implement and monitor evidence-based treatment strategies, ensuring that they are tailored to the individual needs and cultural contexts of clients.

• Conduct brief, developmentally appropriate screenings to assess clients’ mental health needs and facilitate access to further evaluations when required.

• Provide therapeutic services that include individual, group, and family therapy, as well as crisis intervention when necessary.

• Maintain a manageable caseload and document all patient interactions and treatment plans following legal, ethical, and organizational guidelines.

• Contribute to the organization's compliance by engaging in regular reporting and quality assurance activities.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance skills in trauma-informed practices and integrated care models.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role concentrates on serving a diverse clientele within the detoxification setting, primarily comprising individuals facing severe mental health challenges in combination with substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW) is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
