What You'll Do
As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and success of the hotel while creating an engaging environment for both guests and associates.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead daily hotel operations while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, hire, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team.
• Foster an engaging culture built on accountability, recognition, and teamwork.
• Drive revenue growth while maximizing profitability.
• Analyze financial performance, forecasting, labor productivity, and operating expenses.
• Develop and execute strategic sales and revenue initiatives with the Director of Sales.
• Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards and company operating procedures.
• Maintain outstanding quality assurance, cleanliness, and guest service scores.
• Champion associate engagement, retention, and professional development.
• Build strong relationships within the local community to increase hotel visibility.
• Lead by example through active involvement with guests and associates.
• Ensure a safe, secure, and well-maintained property.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership to achieve company goals and long-term success.

What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is an inspiring leader who enjoys developing others while delivering exceptional operational results.

Qualifications include:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of hotel General Manager experience preferred.
• Marriott brand experience strongly preferred.
• Proven success leading hotel operations, financial performance, and guest satisfaction.
• Strong understanding of revenue management, budgeting, forecasting, and labor management.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach, mentor, and retain exceptional teams.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands.
