Key Responsibilities\n

The Remote Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive diagnostic assessments to determine client needs and treatment goals.

• Developing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices tailored to address the unique circumstances of each patient.

• Providing ongoing therapy and counseling to clients, including individual, group, and family sessions, while adapting approaches as necessary to meet evolving needs.

• Maintaining detailed and confidential records of client interactions to ensure continuity of care and compliance with ethical standards.

• Utilizing telehealth technologies to effectively engage clients in therapy sessions, ensuring a comfortable and professional environment.

• Collaborating with community resources and specialists to refer clients when necessary, promoting holistic care.

• Regularly reviewing and adjusting treatment plans based on client progress and feedback, ensuring the highest quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve providing care to a wide range of individuals, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. You will engage with clients experiencing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, communication challenges, and family conflicts. Our diverse clientele requires mental health therapists who are empathetic and knowledgeable, ready to adapt therapeutic modalities to meet the cultural and personal needs of each patient.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active license as either an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC issued by the State of California.

• A minimum of three years of experience providing diagnostic assessments and therapeutic services across a broad demographic, from children to aging adults.

• Demonstrated ability to establish trusting relationships with clients, their families, and local community resources.

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate clear exchanges of information and maintain thorough documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Bon Ridge Wellness offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
