Customer Success Manager - SMB

Customer Success Manager Arctic Wolf is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage a set of SMB customers who are utilizing our CyberSOC solution and help drive renewal and expansion. Responsibilities Manage a set of SMB customers who are utilizing Arctic Wolf’s CyberSOC solution. Achieve renewal and expansion targets through consultative selling techniques. Listen to customers and provide feedback to the business. Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver quarterly account reviews. Identify opportunities to upsell to existing customers by positioning additional service offerings. Negotiate transactions and develop plans for future growth, including leveraging domain and product knowledge. Plan and prioritize a high volume of activities and requests to manage customer issues, including following through on requests timely and clarifying impact. Coach customers to alternate solutions when possible. Create and manage automated processes to forecast and communicate at‑risk customers. Required Skills and Experience 2+ years of demonstrated success in a sales role, preferably in a technology organization. Ability to be flexible and work in a rapidly changing environment. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Aptitude for technology, and knowledge of spreadsheet and Salesforce utilization. Fanatical devotion to customer service, business quality, and data security. Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills. Location Based in our Eden Prairie, MN office; employees will work from our corporate office.
