Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions and identify individual needs.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices to address specific challenges.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to client preferences and therapy goals.

• Lead group or family therapy sessions when applicable, fostering a collaborative and safe space for discussion and healing.

• Monitor and track clients' progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, treatment interventions, and progress notes in accordance with our electronic medical records (EMR) system.

• Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals and support staff to provide holistic care, including referrals as needed.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
