Senior Solution Architect

Role Description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Senior RPA architect.

Qualifications

• Claims experience
• Task & Process mining
• Experience with healthcare order documents specifically
• Prior automation of Carelon / Availity or comparable payer portals
• Hands-on Quanum experience
• Prior auth, eligibility, claims, or RCM background
• Prior POD / pooled-delivery experience
• UiPath certification
• Portfolio or recorded agentic demo

Requirements

• Agentic design
  • Shipped, production agentic automation on UiPath
  • Reasoning / decisioning and dynamic exception routing
  • Handles inputs not explicitly scripted
• IXP / document intelligence
  • Document classification and extraction
  • Confidence-threshold handling for low-confidence results
  • Validates fields (member ID, NPI, ICD-10) before acting
• Integration & portal resilience
  • Resilient selectors that survive portal UI changes
  • Retry / recovery on slow, down, or logged-out sessions
  • API auth, error handling, idempotency (no double-submit)
• UiPath Task & Process mining
• Healthcare & Claims domain
  • Comfort in a regulated / compliance-sensitive (PHI/PII) environment
• POD fit
  • Owns a workstream end-to-end with light direction
  • Flexes across all three workstreams
  • Clear documentation and demo communication
• Validation
  • Passes a live technical screen / real code walkthrough
