Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions with clients aged 8-17 and young adults over age 18, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices tailored to their unique needs.

• Engage in weekly one-on-one case consultations and team huddles to discuss patient progress, share insights, and strategize treatment plans. These sessions foster an environment of learning and collaboration among therapists.

• Timely documentation of clinical notes and treatment plans to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accurate patient records.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
