Employee Relations Partner: Shape Policies & Investigations

American Electric Power is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to provide end-to-end ER consultative support to frontline leadership and staff, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws. The role may assist investigations and contribute to continuous improvement of ER processes. Qualifications include 2+ years in HR/ER, an Associate or Bachelor’s in HR or related field, and preferred SHRM-CP or HRCI-PHR certification.
