Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of clients, ensuring alignment with their personal goals and mental health challenges.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions efficiently via telehealth, employing techniques that promote engagement and trust within the virtual space.

• Track and document client progress consistently from the initial consultation through to treatment completion, implementing adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will be critical in supporting a diverse client base including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.

• Current and valid licensure as a Mental Health Professional (e.g., LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in California.
