This full-time role is integral to providing quality mental health care to our clients through innovative remote therapy platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to ascertain patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide crisis intervention services, demonstrating composure and skillful management of urgent mental health situations.

• Assess and coordinate patient dispositions, ensuring they receive care at the appropriate level within our mental health system.

• Complete all necessary documentation and statistical reports accurate and timely, adhering to departmental protocols.

• Collaborate effectively with correctional facilities and other institutions to facilitate access to treatment for patients under various circumstances.

• Lead therapeutic group sessions, enhancing patient engagement and support within mental health observation units.

• Participate in clinical supervision and regular rounds, contributing insights and recommendations for ongoing care.

• Engage actively in case conferences, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on treatment planning.

• Conduct psychological testing when assigned, providing comprehensive insights into patient mental health status.

• Supervise social work interns or volunteers, offering mentorship and promoting their development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with diverse clients experiencing varying degrees of mental health challenges, from common disorders such as anxiety and depression to more complex issues requiring multifaceted interventions. You will apply your expertise to create tailored therapeutic interventions, ensuring that each client's unique background and circumstances are considered in their care plan.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
