About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Operations to provide comprehensive support to a high-profile music executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex calendars, both professional and personal, and coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements. This role demands a high level of organization, discretion, and the ability to anticipate and solve problems proactively. The Head of Operations will also oversee studio maintenance, serve as a liaison between the executive and various stakeholders, and manage household operations, including scheduling and coordinating with staff. A true service-oriented mindset and the ability to maintain a 24/7 mentality are essential. Applicants for the Head of Operations position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong preference for those who have supported a musician or high-level music executive. The role requires a candidate with a flexible schedule, including availability on weekends, and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities are a must, as is the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times. Experience in studio operations and the music industry is highly valued, and the ideal candidate will be proactive, with excellent problem-solving skills. A reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and insurance are also required.
