Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments through virtual appointments to evaluate mental health conditions and individual needs.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address the unique concerns of each client, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions using teletherapy tools, providing clients with a supportive space to explore their thoughts and feelings.

• Design and lead group or family therapy sessions as needed, fostering connection and understanding among participants.

• Regularly monitor clients’ progress towards their therapeutic goals, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal client outcomes.

• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in adherence to professional regulations and organizational guidelines.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals to create a cohesive approach to client care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance overall treatment outcomes.

• Engage in continuous professional development, participating in training sessions and seminars to stay abreast of the latest mental health therapies and technologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clientele will include individuals from varying backgrounds dealing with diverse issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma. You will work with clients of all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults, employing a compassionate and client-centered approach to therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license to practice as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is required.

• A bachelor’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field; a master's degree is preferred for clinical practice.

• A minimum of two years of applied counseling experience in the mental health field, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic methodologies.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for building rapport with clients in a virtual environment.

• A strong ability to work collaboratively within a remote team focused on delivering comprehensive client care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 95,000 annually, recognizing the valuable contributions of our mental health professionals. Additional benefits include a 401(k) retirement savings plan, generous paid time off, and holiday leave to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
