Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with clients to develop and implement tailored treatment plans that are aligned with their individual needs, preferences, and goals.

• Employing evidence-based therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address mental health challenges.

• Providing education and support to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Integrating care with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to provide comprehensive treatment for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
